Yes. Our engineers are trained on Leadjet, Markem-Imaje, Domino, Videojet, Linx and most other CIJ, TIJ, TTO and laser coders.
We aim to respond the same day. With 52+ engineers across India, most plants have one close by — and AMC customers get priority.
Yes. Many customers start on an AMC and move to PerPrint once volumes grow. We credit the transition.
Consumables are supplied under every plan. Under PerPrint they are included; under AMC and rental they are billed at contract rates.
